GAMCO products have graced many notable buildings in the New York Metropolitan Area since 1986.We currently have 1 opening for delivering driver/ shipping helper.Regular Work hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (including 1-hour break)******************************************************************************Responsibilities include:Load and unload trucks, vans, automobiles, or dollies.Cooperate with team members in moving large pieces of window and door products.Able to drive large trucks and do both intrastate and interstate (New York State) product delivery by.Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.Communicate with customers regarding order details, verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including, invoices, sales orders, manifests, and logs.Requirements:Hold New York Driver’s License, Class D and above.Follow orders and instructions.In good physical condition, can lift 50+ lbs. on a regular base.Follow flexible schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.Willing to work overtime (1.5 times of pay for hours over 40 per week).Detail and safety-oriented.Able to do daily communication in English.Previous shipping experience required.Bilingual is highly preferred but not mandatory.Job Type: Full-time
