Tempco Glass Fabrication LLC is a young and rapidly-expanding glass tempering and fabrication company located in Flushing, NY. We provide top-quality glass fabrication services to our customers, including cutting, notching, drilling, milling, edging, and SGCC-certified tempering services.Tempco is seeking a responsible and motivated bilingual Customer Service Rep/Office Assistant. We will provide hands-on training and mentorship. Our company offers a competitive package for full-time employees, including Commuters Benefit, Health Insurance, 401k match, Holidays and Generous PTO.Responsibilities:· Handle customer inquiries and complaints· Receive incoming phone calls and transfer accordingly· Collaborate with sales and management teams to stay updated on new products, services and policies.· Provide information about the products and services· Document and update customer records based on interactions· Coordinate with the shipping department on delivery schedule· Organize office paperwork such as sales orders, invoices, drawings and blueprints· Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields· Ability to build rapport with clients· Strong work ethic· High attention to detail· Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced service environment· Positive and professional demeanor· Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone· Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.· Bilingual in English and Chinese is a big plus but not mandatoryAnyone interested please send resume/CV to [email]recruiting@tempcoglass.com[/email]
