Key Job Responsibilities
Arrange and update the calendar as needed
Gather information and reconcile financial statements
Record and report information to appropriate departments
Manage clerical work and prepare the document to internal teams
Provide administrative support and work collaboratively across diverse departments
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
Great attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Legal related experience preferred
