纽约租房流程一般是：
（1）和房产经纪人沟通自己需求
（2）实地看房
（3）提交申请资料,等房东回复
（4）准备支票签约（签约时支付押金，租金和一个月佣金）
（5）拿钥匙搬家入住。
一般来说，国际学生租房申请资料：护照，签证，I-20,Bank Statement和申请费$80/人。需预付年租金或4个月押金。
一般来说，工作人租房申请资料：ID，Employee Letter，Pay- Stub, Tax Return, Bank Statement和申请费$80/人。年收入到达月租金的35-40倍的话，可以付一押一。
