Successfuland expanding business in the food industry is looking for a talented RegionalOperation Coordinator – 6 locations professionalfor their growing team. In this role, the selected candidate will work closelywith the Owner and Regional managers to support staff scheduling, budgeting,polcies, among others. The team islooking for a strong candidate with the necessary education and experience tofulfill this critical role's responsibilities. Theresponsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to: · Plan, administer, and control budgets - contracts, equipment andsupplies. · Complete the schedules of baristas for all stores. · Conduct frequent store visits to coach and recognize teams andensure compliance with all programs; act as a role model and coach of customerengagement and experience. · Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluatingadministrative services. · Interview, hire, and provide staff training. · Establish procedures and implement policies Qualifications · 1+ year of experience in an Operations role in the food industryis an asset · Strong communication and coordination skills in both English andChinese · Experience or capability of planning schedules for 50 to 70 staff · Basic Skills in Digital Marketing tools such as Photoshop, Ms.Office and Publisher. · Motivated to grow with the company to gain more responsibilities · Positive personality with a good attitude as a good team player · Able to work every other weekend, shifts may include days,afternoons or evenings · Provide effective oral and written communication skills, havingthe ability to work well with others at all levels. · Must have detailed organization and prioritizing skills with theability to train, teach, show, and follow-up on all assignments. Salary: USD$35,000-45,000.00/YEAR
Starting time: ASAP Full-time:40 hours a week Ifnecessary, the company will support renewing the USA Work Permit if the candidatedemonstrates excellent skills and quality performance
