POSITION BRIEF
The ideal candidate for full-time sales cold calling and/or internship positions must be enthusiastic to work and pursue a career in commercial real estate. This position will be responsible for acquiring potential customers, providing customer-relationship support to multiple assigned best-in-class commercial real estate brokers, and handling sales details with a confidential nature. Applicants are required to be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Superior communication skills and the ability to easily establish rapport with customers
• Developing, improving, managing and retaining relationships with customers
• An entrepreneurial problem-solver with a get-things-done mentality
• Answer contacts from customers via phone, chat, email or social
• Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs
• Capacity to deliver on performance, business and individual goals
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned in support of business needs
QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree
• Experience in establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Highly organized with superb attention to detail
• Self-driven, able to produce high quality result under little or no supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
